I looooooove this dress so much. it's soft, comfortable, thin enough to be comfortable without being transparent, and looks really nice. the only problem I have is that it's SOOO long. I am usually a 6/8 and have a big bust so I went for a medium, but I probably could have gotten away with a small. also, the neckline hangs kind of low, so wear it with a demi/plunge bra or at least one that doesn't have lacy embellishments that might stick out. I'm putting it through the dryer and hoping that it shrinks a bit, but I don't regret the purchase at all. perfect with a white blazer or a light shimmery scarf and heel sandals.

This dress is really nothing special. It's very soft but that's about it. There's nothing extraordinary about it. It's just a black dress, it hangs on your body which I don't think is really the most flattering look on a woman. I returned it. Not a fan and can buy much better for the amount of money.

Love this dress. Can be dressed up or down depending on what you wear with it so it's a good choice to pack for a vacation because it's so versatile. Wore it to dinner with wedge sandals, a long necklace and a denimjacket, but could also be worn with flats for a casual daytime look. Fabric is nice and soft and dress hangs nicely. I ordered the petite but still had to have it hemmed, and after wearing it, realized that also the scoop neck comes down pretty low on me, so I might have to have the straps altered as well, otherwise, I would've given it 5 stars...

I love it! I wanted a comfortable black maxi dress to take on vacation. This dress fits great and the cut is very flattering. I ordered the petite. I am 5'2" and usually wear a size 2 or 4. I had it hemmed a few inches, because it was too long. I plan to wear it around town in the daytime, and dress it up with jewelry at night .

I do love this dress. And I can tell it's going to be a favorite. When I first opened the package, I thought the material a little flimsy, but when I tried it on: Va-va-voom! The fabric feels so soft and light against my skin (and my fiance loves it too!) Can't wait to sling a belt around my waist and slide into my donald j pliner criss-cross flats to polish it up a bit. I can also see myself just lounging on the deck in it on a lazy, hazy Sunday afternoon. I cannot wait to wear this dress. Summer, where are you?

This is the greatest dress I have ever bought! I bought the black and ordered a Petite, I am 135, 5'7" and the petite was too short. Definitely go for the Small if you are 5'6" or taller. They fit the same but the small is just longer. So I do not agree with the other review. I now own 3 of these dresses! 1 navy and 2 black and if they come out with more colors, I will order those as well! It's beyond perfect!

Quality of fabric great - soft and smooth. The dress itself didnt look like that on the model - obviously because im not a model! i like it better on me, hugs all the right places, super sexy. Im 5'7 and 145lbs, looks great on some curves. I got the small. I would have rathered maybe an INCH longer but hey still looks good and its not touching the ground. Overall very nice, cant wait for my vacation to rock it with platinum flats and studded waist belt.

I bought this maxi in ink drop last year at the end of the summer, but I just introduced it to the public today, along with gold accessories -- it was a hit. I love the fit and flare shape of this maxi and its perfect length and the quality slub cotton fabric. I'm 5' 8' and curvy and wore with flats and it was still perfection. I'm not surprised by the great quality of this maxi. This is my second piece of Velvet by Graham & Spencer and they offer great product and sizing. A must have.

I love this dress! It has a looser fit...5'6'' / 115 / 34B...but it's sexy and can be dressed up or down. And it's so comfortable. I ordered both the Small and the Petite, and I'm going to keep the Small. I don't agree with the previous review about the length.... I'm 5'6'' as well and the Petite had the same fit as the Small throughout, but was a little shorter than I wanted...barely hit the top of my foot. The Small is a little longer, but not so long that it drags on the floor. PERFECT!!!
